A donation can help a child get to school
For children in need, Sairam Foundation helps with the education and development of children from poor families in Nepal (and India). This is for families that do not have enough income to finance the education of their children.
The focus of the project mainly lies on children of elementary/nursery schools, the basic education for very young children. The focus is also drifting towards high school bit by bit, because we do not want to abandon the sponsored children after elementary school. We look at the next step. We also support the high-school students to reach their unique ability, their talent, like singing or music.
Goal
We aim to connect as many children of these as possible to a sponsor. Thanks to the sponsors, the children go to school and have additional Soul Blossom classes. (development of the character/personality).
Helping
Alone or together with others, you can monthly sponsor one or more children as long as you want. Since August 25th, 2012, we found many sponsors for school-fees of children. The list of sponsors can be seen below. Contact us to become a sponsor of a child. To manage the sponsoring for the children, we have thoughtfully chosen and appointed local ambitious Nepalese and Indian students and other volunteers as coordinators and supervisors. Their tasks are mainly; keeping in touch with the sponsored children and their families, supporting the families involved, following the development of the children and reporting to SRF regularly.
42 of 46 children are already sponsored. For the remaining 4children, we are still looking for sponsors.
Een gift kan een kind helpen naar school te gaan Voor kinderen in nood helpt Sairam Foundation met het opleiden en ontwikkelen van kinderen uit arme gezinnen in Nepal (en India). Dit is voor gezinnen die niet genoeg inkomen hebben om de opvoeding van hun kinderen te financieren.
De focus van het project ligt voornamelijk op kinderen van basis- / kleuterscholen, het basisonderwijs voor zeer jonge kinderen. De focus verschuift ook beetje bij beetje naar de middelbare school, omdat we de gesponsorde kinderen na de lagere school niet willen verlaten. We kijken naar de volgende stap. We ondersteunen ook de middelbare scholieren om hun unieke vermogen, hun talent, zoals zingen of muziek te bereiken.
Doel
We willen zoveel mogelijk kinderen hiervan verbinden aan een sponsor. Dankzij de sponsors gaan de kinderen naar school en hebben ze Soul Blossom lessen. (ontwikkeling van het personage / persoonlijkheid).
Helpen
Alleen of samen met anderen kunt u maandelijks één of meerdere kinderen sponsoren zolang u wilt. Sinds 25 augustus 2012 hebben we veel sponsors gevonden voor het schoolgeld van kinderen. De lijst met sponsors is hieronder te zien. Neem contact met ons op om een sponsor van een kind te worden. Om de sponsoring voor de kinderen te beheren, hebben we zorgvuldig gekozen en benoemde lokale ambitieuze Nepalese en Indiase studenten en andere vrijwilligers als coördinatoren en supervisors.
Hun taken zijn voornamelijk; contact houden met de gesponsorde kinderen en hun families, de betrokken families ondersteunen, de ontwikkeling van de kinderen volgen en regelmatig rapporteren aan het SRF.
42 van de 46 kinderen zijn al gesponsord. Voor de overgebleven 4-kinderen zijn we nog steeds op zoek naar sponsors.
